Qualities of Supervisor

Industrialization has been developed for centuries, brought a new age of human development, which we are still undergoing, made people get to work together harder and harder as a group. Being a group, there are constantly leader and members. As a supervisor, who is the leader of a group in a company, has to carry several certain qualities, which are the spirit of leading. They are honest, responsible and regardful which I will describe as following.
Most people prefer to be with the person who is honest, while on the other side, we hate liars. Friends of mine are honest to me overall, which is the reason I made friends with them. Jason, a colleague from the company that I am working in, is one of my most honest friends, once got fired from the company because he told the truly about a mistake that out supervisor made. The supervisor fired him due to the shame. The manager of the supervisor has found out the story, and then gave the supervisor a serious punishment. As a contrast, Jason has been hired again into the company, which made everyone feel pleasure.
Responsible, the quality that no one could discard in the modern world, are the critical quality of a supervisor. How can you imagine that a leader would make a group work without responsible? Shundra, who is a supervisor that I used to work with, always try to escape from the responsibility, especially when the work is going not well. Eventually, she got fired as the irresponsible that one time made a work failed, which cause the company lost over 100,000 dollars, and then try to blame other members.
Additionally, being a successful group, every member necessitate regardful, particularly the supervisor. Every successful person throughout history regards for the thing that he/she is doing, which would guide the way to success. Who want to work with people who are regardless? Wouldn’t that lead everything messes up?
No one could deny the fact that modern industry made people combine closer and closer to make the technology develop more and more rapidly. The qualities of honest, responsible and regardful are the way the supervisor is meant to be.

有些用法不确定就还用了Baby语句~~~别笑我....

因为刚开始练习使用复杂句,主要是想看看自己有没有语法上的问题,如果句子有点繁琐~见谅~

我在这里学的英语写法是 主题句子尽量简短，能简单的句子不要复杂， 能通俗的不要高深。Friends of mine= my friends。每一段的topic sentence 都要和主题呼应。第一段Most people prefer to be with the person who is honest, while on the other side, we hate liars.与superviser 没有关系啊。 要多练习，抱着朴实的心态，不要华而不实。
