I am concentrating in Finance so have no idea about Consulting....
But as far as I know, impressive GPA and GMAT are kind of required.......as well as perfect English.

GPA<3.0 is a negtive fact, however I strongly encourage you to apply.
Last year I had the similar situation as you are.

Yes. There is a consulting track. Under GPA is not as important as work experience and GMAT in terms of MBA application.  ay attention to the whole application package.  You will be fine.  Good luck!

Sorry, I am not the right person to answer this question.  MBA Admissions decide if you can waive or need to take TOEFL, and what is the minimum score if have.

Proof of Financial Resources？ 要填，可以把金额大概估计一下，不过学校招生办的人挺灵活的。如果有什么个别的问题不放心可以直接发信去问。

MBA里有个consulting track。在第二年的课程中有Innovation, Organizational Consulting, Negotiation 等等（按目前的课表看）2008届有个大陆女生是consulting的，以前在咨询公司工作2-3年左右。

GPA不到3.0不是太大的问题如果GMAT+工作经验有一定优势的话。总体感觉是整个package的质量而不是每一项都一定要达标

Financial Proof，应该也要statements，不过如果时间来不及可以先填表，statements后补，和学校申请一下就好，应该不难。

关于申请，个人感觉背景、成绩、essay及interview各占1/3。GPA低是个问题，但不是大问题，有很多方面弥补，还是要看你整体的情况。

昨天碰到Brain顺便问了一下，他说录取形式比去年好（注意！这是从ND角度说得），好像今年申请人比去年还多。所以大家如果有想法，还是要尽快。
