Nowadays more and more people have the oppotunities to attend college or university.They have different reasons,some people looking for new experences;some think highly on career preparationand some want to increase their knowledge.When putting them in an order accroding to their improtance,however, can be very subjectively.

When some one is asked by the question,:"why do you go to college?" The answer depends on a lot of factors.

After stating that everyone's opinion can be different about this,for me, incerasing knowledge is most important. First of all,theachers in a university are experts on different fields who can provide a series of lessons in many kinds, through which I can broaden your horizon.As we all konw, every university has a large library, in which stored tens of thousands of books.Books are the best teachers of human, by reading I can go where I may never have the chance to go; I can know what happend on the other side of the ocean; I can learn about what people who lived thousands years ago.What's more, university offers me a foundation of studying,on which I've learned new methods of thinking.For instance,if I hadn't attended university I might know little about economics.I may choose the cheaper one when shoping, since I knew some thing about it, I would learn to think in an economical way.I would pay more attention to the quality rather than the price only.

Well, university experience also supplys me a brand new life, and it may make me get a higher pay;gives me a bridge, over which I make many friends and so on.Among all the possible reasons, however increasing knowledge for me .Especially in a world which is changing day by day.If some one doesn't know much about it, he will soon be out of date.Therefore, increasing knowledge is my first concern attend university.
