topico you agree the idea? A teacher’s ability to relate well with students is more important than the excellent knowledge of the subject being taught.

my writting:

nowadays some people argue that getting a good relationship with students plays a key role in the career of a certain teacher and it seems relatively less important to obtain excellent knowledge.however In my personal experience, a period of more than 12 being a student,i get the feeling that a teacher with more excellent knowledge is more important.

the most vital reason i  could give to support my opinion is that students going to school aim to getting a good education and acquire various knowledge from their teachers in order to pursure a hopeful future career.so it is the teachers' responsibility to teach well and help students get through the difficulties during their academcal study with their own knowledge.so it must be necessary for a teacher to obtain excellent knowledge in advance,if a teacher can not meet that requirement,i just could not imagine the result.for exmaple, it is impossible for a teacher who teaches law in a university without aboundant knowledge to make his students understand exactly about some abstractive defines such as the obligation and right of being a citizen,and a botany teacher lacking the knowledge of botany will not be able to answer the question about how to tell the differences of diverse trees and plants.it will frustrates students much if those things happen a lot.

besides, a teacher with excellent knowledge always could make his class interesting and vivid.it is very helpful for students to understand a certain theory and subject.taking a physic teacher as a exmaple, when he comes to the theory of gravitation, it will be very easy for him to introduce the theory by telling  a story , which inspired newton with an occasionally felling apple.and i met a excellent teacher in my high school, he was the most popular teacher among students.once he gave a class about animal behavior by mimicing various posture of different animals and told us his experiences about an adventure in a forest, where he saw many interesting living styles of animals.it was such an impressive class that i still could recall the details about what he said and did because of his excellent teaching. i think it must be very boring for a student to take a class given by a teacher without many knowledges about the subject, since that kind of teacher could not illustrate the subject by vivid exmaple and history.

adimittedly, a good relationship between teacher and studet is helpful for a teacher to fullfil his teaching work,but a teacher do not need to take it as a goal and purpose.focusing on the knowledge itself, a teacher will gain his reputaion naturally.
