        中心词是什么…          

我觉得应该中心词还是materials吧

2， 后面的同位语既不可能修饰前面的20 percent, 也不可能修饰后面的materials， 只修饰

leaf and stem

原因：20 percent 和 materials 都不能是“part/parts", leaf和stem才是parts of the plant; 同位语修饰leaf and stem，因此必须是复数

如果想让同位语修饰material，必须令同位语的中心词不是part， 可以试着修改下A选项：

...material, which is the most nutritious in the plant, shattered and fell.....
