收到UTD　internship coordinator的回信：

the School of Management requires that you have completed 18 hours (at a 3.0 GPA) in your program before interning for academic credit.  Since your international status requires that you be registered in an internship course while doing an internships, this 18 hour rule would apply to you.  You are allowed up to 3 semesters of internship.

interning for academic credit是什么意思呢？可以实习三个学期以上，MS不错啊．

UTD　Internship coordinator关于Internship的课程要求的解释，我觉得茅塞顿开了，贴出来给大家看看吧：

you can intern after completing 18 hours.  If you go to the websites below, you will see that you must be registered in an academic course to be able to work as an F1 student.  You will be in a management graduate level elective course specific for internship students.  If you don’t need it for your degree plan (which you should), you will still have to register for at least a 1 hour internship course each semester in order to have work authorization if you want to be able to intern.

外加一所San Diego State University (CA),  MSA, 据前辈校友说在加州仅次于南加大的好项目，很好找工作．19门课，不知道一般多长时间修完呢？据说在San Diego很好找工作．Cost:＄25,200/year．有零星的申请GA的希望．开学时间1月22日，1.5-2 years program,综合排名134左右．

在南加，会计事务所一般不看综合排名的，选来选去就USC，USD，SDSU，CSU fullerton，我前两个星期跟KPMG campus recruter聊过，我说我暂时没有GPA想申请kpmg的intership，她说as far as u r graduate student we don't care ur GPA, because you have to be 3.2 (3.25?) to graduate, in most of the case u won't be lower than that. 她们选的是人不是成绩。i don't know。反正如果在南加sdsu会计这一专业还是蛮有竞争力的（我们学校一个international business也是在加州很不错，至于全国，我没有了解，因为我只关心加州这边）。

而且很多ny和sf的kpmg的人都想转到sd来，可是无奈sd kmpg99%的都是从usd和sdsu出来的。这个消息是我跟一个sd kpmg的audit associate聊我想去sf kpmg的时候得到的，付出的代价是人家觉得我好奇怪

我29号还会和来自整个加州的kpmg的代表见面倒时候再告诉大家关于sd和sf kpmg的区别，你们有问题也可以提，我帮忙一起问
