这道题目答案是E，一点思路都没有，看了解释也不太明白，谁能帮忙解释一下啊？谢谢大家。

这道题关键是在 for 18 consecutive years. 作chairman for 18 years是可以理解的，可以没有一个职位是“former chairman" 的。所以逻辑上不对。而且后面的 a board member 也没有说 a former board member.
