For E,

"little of differences" is correct expression;  "little of significant differences" sounds award;

The problem for E is that using "there is... differences", the correct expression should be

"there are little of significant differences" 

For D,

"there is little that is different" is correct expression; "there is little that is significantly different" also sounds weird; But D is better than E.
