引用xianwharton: 大家看这两个OG 上的句子 og253:refer as clearly to the (noun weather) as the programme.... og156:dirt roads cost twice as much to maintain as paved roads do 可 看出 885-12-21并不是修饰语和修饰对象分得太开的问题,如要说分家C中的prominently和advertise分离的也太远了,当初我就是因此 才将C排除的,至于修饰对象的问题prominently是副词不可能去修饰price ,而且看og253clearly 明显修饰的是refer而不是weather。
failure to advise the highest price in blabla..as frequently as (to advise) the lowest price (in blabla...). two (fragments) are understood. What bother me is that the location of "as frequently as", which is not just adjacent to the modified VERB advise(just as D), maybe ETS prefer the idiomatic expression here ??
