Q1:  How long and under what circumstances have you known the applicant?

I have known Mr. Peter about 4 years when I work at the same company as him before. He is transferred to work from China to Thailand. Although I worked as Section Manger at legal department and  he worked as clerk in Export department, I have some China legal issue to let him follow up. 

Q2: What is your assessment of applicant's intellectual ablity?

As a secretary  of Board of Director (BOD), he can catch up topic precisely, demonstrate problem-solving ability, and make alternative suggestion during the BOD meeting.

Q3: What do you consider applicant's most understanding tallents or characteristics?

 Mr Wang has an outstanding leadership and good communication individual. As a secretary of Board of Director (BOD), he organized the meeting on monthly basis for 28 times, and circulated the significant BOD resolution accurately and timely. Due to his exquisite oral and written presentation skills, most of proposals presented by him had been approved by the management. Without his effort, the BOD meeting could not run smoothly and efficiently. On the other hand, has strong foreign language skills. He can write and speak English excellently, and speak Thai sufficiently for daily conversation.

Q4: What do you consider applicant's liability or weakness?

If I have to recommend his an area of chief liabilities or weakness , I would say that he needs to enrich Finance and Accounting knowledge, as he cannot fully understand the finance issue in the BOD meeting when taking minutes.

Q5: what is your opinion of applicant's motivition towards and suitability for career in the chosen field of study?

 Mr. Peter wants to develop his career in sales and marketing field. I am quite confidence that his dream can come true because of his excellent presentation skills and persuading ability.  He is trilingual: Chinese,  English, and Thai.  Not only this, but also his working experience at export trading, and marketing on ATL and BTL can contribute him to such career goal.   

Q6, any additional statement you may wish to make concerning the applicant's capacity for gradueate work?

He is hard-working, focus-oriented, well-time-management perso.  What is more, I think his kindness, sympathy, and generosity impressed me a lot. In Thailand, every early morning, monks would go out of temple to gather food from local people. He many times donates food to the monk, and makes wish to bless others.
