18so too是没有问题的，d中没有与and also modems并列的对象

so too 是倒装。

另D中 and后为完整句子，这样的话，they 多余。B使用同位语，更好。

还是不太理解18题里面的so too。如果是倒装，那么正确的语序是。。。？so are modems too?好象怪怪的。在longman里也没有查到有这个用法，那么到底是什么意思呢？请NN解惑，谢谢！

也想知道为什么倒转后会变成so too are modems，而不是so are modems too? 正常的语序应该是modems are so too吧！！

结构就是: 句子1, and 名词.

and连接一个句子和一个名词,不对称; 应该 句子1,and 句子2

另外D:  句子1,and 名词,句子2 ----->结构上也错了.

A: so too are modems, they are...----->逗号连接2个完整句子

C: so too modems, the devices allowing..(modems同位)----->句子1, so+名词, 名词同位--->so 连接句子1 和1个名词,错. so也是连词.

我的疑问是, so 和 too 不是语意有重复么.

比如, He reads the book, so do I------------->他读了这本书,我也是.

已经有 "也"的意思了啊为啥还要too. 没见说 : He reads the book, so do i too

但是排除下来只能选B了
