in my online application, one of my recommender's email address was wrong, but I found that after submission. I put a special note in the package and sent an email to the program. they said they will correct it for me.

I think my case is big deal, much bigger than yours. so it will be ok. maybe the adm com are too busy these days. contact them and tell your case. they will understand.
