我知道很多机会从做秘书或助理开始，我做的是经理助理，相当于高级秘书，这应该说是符合我的性格的（我好几个朋友都说我适合做办公室工作）。不过还是希望工作能在申请中写一笔，我的努力方向是高级管理人员。

but as far as I know, it is hard to transfer your job function from administrative one to executive one in multinational companies, and the secretary has much lower value than people in other functions. and some girls who entered large american IT companies as secretaries just have the goal to find a rich husband inside   maybe it is not the case in chinese private companies.

do you still plan to develop yourself in high-tech industy in future 5 years? if so, what the developing space does this high-tech company provide for you in the next 5 years. if growth space is limited, think over about your career development.
