Every parent tends to exert his or her utmost to offer children best ones, perfect physical conditions, first-class education, warm family and so forth. Providing a good environment for own children is one of the crucial matter that parents are considering. Thus, living in countryside or in a big city becomes a dilemma choice for them, since which one can bring a more bright future confuses them. For my perspective, I prefer the big city as the place for children to grow up.
A successful Education is a good beginning. Obviously, the big city can afford better education to children with more qualified teacher and more modern infrastructure. To meet the requirement of the fast development of the city, schools in big cities would like to introduce the latest equipments such as computers, multi-media instrument. So their students can study in a better environment. Of course, it is known to all that the qualified of the teachers decide the qualified of the schools. Since big cities average provide more competitionous salary, those who are skillful in educating are pleased to work in large cities. And, the average qualification in big city grows better.
In addition, compared with countryside, the big city helps children broaden their horizon. More exhibitions which are associated with latest information like science, technology, arts, architect, cultures are held in big city. All these give children chances to acquire more knowledge. Moreover, children in big city have more opportunities to places that are merely located in large cities such as Aqua
Park, Science and Technology
Museum, Opera
Center. These places help children learn more about the really world.
Admittedly, those who advocate that living in countryside is better for children may argue that the atmosphere in large cities is not well. As in cities there are so many cars, plants that produce lots of poisonous gas, the environment is polluted deeply. However, they ignore that government is taking actions to decrease the pollution and the result is so. Furthermore, countryside is not as clear as before, since lots of modern factories are located there with the development of the industry.
In conclusion, living in big city has more merits than living in countryside. To give your children better education, better protection, better future, it is undoubtedly living in big city is a better choice.
