The Tozzi Center is capable of simulating certain facilities and tools used on a trading floor (albeit it's quite a bit smaller than an actual trading floor at most banks). For those of you who have an interest in the capital markets (and investment banking in general), it's a great place to get exposure to some of the most commonly used tools (Bloomberg, Facset, etc.) and exposure to what is happening in the capital markets on a daily basis.

Kai, the guy who runs the Tozzi Center, also does a lot of classroom training during the school year (on the most common tools), and even provides certification training for Bloomberg.

Some finance classes (such as FIN 608, 615) also may have one or two classes there to use some of the abovementioned tools.
|
