<p>Many people ask this question about multi-disciplinary problem solving. Here is some food for thought; but don't reply on this as it may not be necessarily&nbsp;right understanding.&nbsp;You should have your own judegement.</p><p><font color="#000000">1. Today's world is closely connected. Business issues&nbsp;today are far more complicated than any in history.&nbsp;</font></p><p><font color="#000000">2. A manager or a leader can only resolve these issues by obtaining&nbsp;multi-disciplinary&nbsp;functional capabilities and skills. </font></p><p><font><font color="#000000">3.&nbsp;Ross is very strong in general management. We&nbsp;develop well-rounded managers.....</font></font></p>
