Agree or disagree: Because the modern life is very complex, the young people should plan or organize.
When it comes to making a judgment, people differ in their attitudes toward whether young people should plan or organize things considering the complex interrelationship in the modern life. Some hold that ‘let it be’ is their view; you don’t need to prepare for everything. Others, on the contrary, maintain that young people should be well-planned and organized to welcome any challenges from the modern society. As far as I am concerned, I agree with latter in that being well-organized with everything will secure your success in the complex, modern life. First of all, being organized gives you a competitive advantage in the job market, especially if your former employers can write recommendation letters to demonstrate your organizational skills to potential employers. For instance, I once applied for an intermediate accounting position. The potential employer required every candidate needed to have highly organized skills in order to deal with important financial date. In addition to preparing a very nice resume, I asked my former employer to write me a recommendation letter in which they would list my job responsibilities along with information about my personal organization skills. Since I did an excellent job in my previous position with a highly developed organization skills, as listed in the recommendation letter, I successfully seized the opportunity of working for this famous corporate that operates globally. Thus, being highly organized is very crucial in surviving the job market. Secondly, modern life is highly organized. Everyone needs to learn how to keep pace with it. For instance, in a modern city life, you must make sure that your time schedule is tuned with the bus service schedule. If you always miss the bus, you will never be able to make any meetings, or will never come to your work place on time. If it happens, you might probably lose your job very soon because your boss will perceive that you’re a person who is not responsible for things. Moreover, being well-planned you show people your attitude toward corporation. For instance, you show people that you can always get things done on time. People will like working with you. When there is an opportunity, they will inform you of that. This will be most likely to lead you to a successful career. In conclusion, based on what I have mentioned above, being well-planned and organized is really important to live a life in the modern, complex world. If you cannot manage to be well-organized, it would equal that you have given yourself up whenever there is an opportunity presented in front of you. Therefore, I would never act as a lazy person, for I won't let myself to become a loser in the complex, but exciting modern life.
