难道仅仅是因为E中的时态所以选E吗？

为什么觉得as part of a deal和part of a deal[做同位语]，不考虑时态问题都可以呢？

恩，我之前也认为Ｃ可能是独立主格，但是独立主格的定义是伴随主句谓语动词发生，在句子中做伴随状语

从句子本身来看，主句的谓语是The computer company has announced that，很显然as part of deal不是伴随公司宣布了什么什么计划的，而是计划本身能达到什么效果。

C中出去part of deal同位语问题，making作为伴随的话我觉得也是可以的，除了说伴随的时候还要考虑时态问题。但是我感觉没这一说啊。

我是这么想的：
首先在时态上will make要比making 占优势，
a deal that will make...表示将来发生，而a deal making 则表示正在发生的意思，显然不妥
其次，在C D两个选项上我是这么想的，如果把A PART of a deal 或者part of deal 当成那种概括性同位结构即把之前发生的事情用一个抽象名词概括的话，
那么A PART of a deal 或者part of deal= The computer company has announced that it will purchase the color-printing division of a rival company for $950 million
即，公司宣布他们购买某公司是ＤＥＡＬ的一部分，而不是购买某公司是ＤＥＡＬ的一部分了
不知道说清楚了没有，简而言之就是概括性同位语没法只概括前边句子的一部分，而是要整个概括起来
