99，我选A，我认为从逻辑和句子结构上讲，A好，

A:OG的解释已经很清楚了

    我觉得A更工整，E缺少to，即to be confined，

    而且，更重要的是句子逻辑，allow和confine都是主句主语的动作，应该平行

go home & be confined to a hotel的逻辑主语是members of juries;

to allow...整个不定式结构作定语修饰a motion; 还是不定式结构作状语，我现在还没想明白，

如果前者，allow的逻辑主语是a motion; 后者才可能是主句主语。

99题我觉得Rohto已经讲的很清楚了，在GMAT中rather than 优于instead of 几乎成了公理，因为后面可以跟各种形式形成对称。

关于to allow修饰谁的问题，我也困扰了半天，很明显BCD是定从就近修饰motion。如果要修饰motion的话，定从是最佳的选择。但原句没有用定从，deny a motion to do 的第一解释选择就是 to do 表 deny 的目的，如果是motion的目的话起码造成修饰对象不清，而且用定从更好。所以，从保留原意的观点来看，不用定从而用to do表示deny的目的最好

不知道有没有道理，欢迎继续解释

39题，为什么E末尾不用补充do，而且解释中说，不能补充do？

据老前辈gemj分析，这里是双重动宾结构，补出的话应该是 do and do，太罗嗦，只补一个do会造成歧义，

另外，if条件句，主句为什么不用will？－－－ 主语 A study 表明这是常识现象，都用一般现在时

44题，很显然是suggest sth，这里laying out ～ 是动名词形式短语，suggest sth 不用虚拟

从蓝色的直接可以排除掉ABCD，因为that后面是study陈述的一个事实。

为什么不用do，因为前面exercise和associate是两个动词，一个do不能指代两个动作。为什么可以省略do？因为medicication和weight都是不可数名词，后面用了those根本不会引起歧义。GWD还是PREP里面就有一道题因为重复动词反而错了

39题，本題if是考直說法不是考假設法，所以用associate ，a,b,c quicker應該用quickly

d是不平衡，所以選E最好

44题，这题的sugget意思是暗示，也是用suggest doing

55，没有demand sb to do sth，所以用demand that (should要省略)

99，to可以提公因式所以，E ,to allow members to go home......rather than be confined to ...是可以ㄉ，然後rather than比較正式
