这道题主要研究了下expect的用法，根据OG16 P772对C选项的解释 "production is expected that it will" 这个用法是错误的，有两种正确的表述方式，一种是C 选项解释中提到的 “it is expected that the production will”(这个是正确的用法)；另一种就是正确答案D里的用法“the production is expected to double”。
所以16#小伙伴说的“it is expected that 是错误用法”是值得商榷的。
