I did not specify now or 3 years later. It is just a dream, something that you desire to do no matter whether you will study MBA or not. Just my understanding.

1. Yes, the main point is 'why' not 'what'.
2. Since it doesn't ask 'how', so I guess you could spend less words in this point.
