看公司的. 比如一些石油公司的培训生, 听说过10K新币一个月的. 华侨银行5K新一个月, 花旗好象4K一个月.

好的公司的管理培训应该高过平均水平, 差的低于平均水平, it depends!

It's not easy to merge yourself with a bunch of fresh undergraduate/graduate trainees if you are an MBA. Even though your salary might double theirs, your level is still the same. You still gotta work hard if you want to get promoted. So think carefully before accepting a trainee offer.

中欧的学生加入的培训生项目和应届本科、研究生一毕业参加的项目是完全不一样的，说实话，这些的trainee的机会真的不错，一般叫做international management development program... 和inseadsh 可能理解的有点差异

不同的名字,同样的内容,还是trainee.不过,挺适合年龄小于28岁的MBA的.

我是觉得还是有区别的，比如GE的ECLP, GSK的International Trainee....

一般都是international rotation项目，北京上海没有什么区别!
