请教下我这种背景能否申请PHD

国内一般大学（排名40左右）的硕士研究生　　经济学专业　　国内A类期刊发过一篇　没工作经验　GMAT　　在准备中　　应该在700以上　
能不能申请国外的管理PHD　　还是申请master 比较容易？？？

All people with undergraduate degrees can apply PhD program and have chance to enter. Master is easier to be applied successfully but may not have assistantship.

Most PhD programs in he U.S. offer their students full financial support (tuition wave + stipend). But this is not the case with master's. However, of course, PhD programs are much harder to get into.
