做了delta口语-（除了第五题和quiz)，看了之后感觉收获不小，尤其是听力部分的复述掌握时间上

想问问各位，怎样改进这些方面呢？  

longman speaking 我录下怎么全是刺啦声呢？ 应该怎样录呀？

writing 也有点奇怪，综合写作是支持性的，lecture 分别举了两个例子对 reading 进行不同侧面的支持，两个student 竞争报社的奖学金，各有其竞争优势-对应了reading的要求，但也有相矛盾的地方.....怎么写？
