一家银行说至少冻结30天，另一家说3天可以，但恐怕学校不管用，
我就开了个3天的（证明上写了冻结3天），我没有看到学校对这个有要求啊。

I called many schools that require certification of financial capability but all of them explained to me, except maryland , with or without this certification won't affect the eligibility of my application but would affect the speed of issueing I-20. So I didn't provide any proof of financial statement.
