E选项是被动语态，还原为主动语态是是：sb或company  schedule  workers (即they) to collect package (即原文which); 可以看出：collect的逻辑主语不在是做宾语的workers，而是被省略的主语company 。

D选项就没有这个缺陷，collect的逻辑主语清楚指向是workers。
