我的看法是这样的。

D是同谓语结构，简洁，使用没有语法错误。

B一看就是一个啰嗦的说法。而且with这个介词短语应该紧跟他修饰的那个词，而不应该分开这么远。（请参看刘振民《介词短语》部分。）

不知我的理解是否正确？

"with+n+介词短语" 做独立主格,修饰的的是前面主句.

那如果说"with+n+介词短语" 做独立主格,修饰前面主句的话
with each as a product of its这个结构好像和楼主说的“with+n+介词短语”也不太一样吧，至少each不是名词是代词吧
而且商业英文中也没有这么说的啊

以上纯属个人意见。

看看哪位NN还能够帮助楼主解决一下这个问题。

这个是什么原因呢？感觉选with的确实比较少
