6月2日机经：独立写作：上大学前是不是应该找一年旅游或者工作

When I finished my senior school and passed through the entrance examination of the university, I traveled to Hong Kong with my close friends in that summer vocation followed. The travel gave me plenty of relax and fun after the tough study and exam in senior school, and made me more energetic for the future study in the university. However, it is not necessary that students spend a whole year to travel or the take a job before entering the university. To some extent, it disturbs the consistency of the study and might be harmful to students.

 

First of all, the studying of youth requires consistency. Although the curriculum in college might not directly connect to the course in high school, for such a long time depart from school should have affected the study of students. That is why some people feel difficult to resume their study in university after several years of working in company. Moreover, it is generally accepted that age around 20 is the best time for study. It is not wisdom to spend a whole year on traveling or working instead of studying at this age.

 

Some one may argue that working experience will benefit the future study in university. However, it is unwarranted after examining the true situation. Most students graduated from senior school do not have any specialties and skills. As a result, they can only find positions such as a waiter in a restaurant, or sending newspaper which need no skill and only provide students a small quantity of money and meaningless working experience.

 

Finally, it is no denying that traveling will help students to release the stress with the tough study. However, several weeks or a month of traveling is enough for them. It is not necessary that someone travel for several months or even a whole year. Not considering the large amount of money it costs, such a long time travel might make students feel exhausted instead of relax.

 

In conclusion, there is no need that students travel or work a year before entering the university.
