I can never imagine how my country develops any more without savant and specialist. Can "MKLAE" work out a problem of quantum mechanics? Of course, they cannot, because they are not qualified to do so.
They will argue that they learn broad subjects just aim at combine the bridge of subjects. What a plausible response they elaborated! The problem is, I don't think the people who involved in many subjects can really find out the intrinsic contact among subjects. A people just learn economical and physics may contribute a new subject between them. How can we except a people who learns more than 10 subjects find the relationship among them? The times he can spend on each subject are so limited, and he can only learn at very superficial level. The principle of the world is if you do not expertise in any zone, you will undubiously lose your personal characteristic. Ironically, in the opinion of employer, you hold broad subjects indicate that you are not good at anything. How could they think about a man without any specialize worthwhile to employ? You are always only the last resort to sign.
To such a paramount reason, another must be added. Through many scientist are versatility, for instance, Da（达芬齐。。汗） was a celebrated physician, while he was also very famous in painting. It seems that this example is totally paradox with my point of view, but the prerequisite is they are all the most intelligent people in human being. Therefore, it is not this case at all to our common people. In teamwork, an erudition people who organize the works of the other specialists in the team into practice is indeed very essential. At the same time, in any teams only one or two this kind of people are needed, while a large number of specialist charge to cope with the most challenging tasks the core problem. We can easily draw the conclusion that we lack of immense number of people who specialize a special subject, and this situation constrain the development of the technology.
What's more, the foible of human being always makes us reluctant to choose a precipitous life. One can feel comfortable in learning broad subjects because those different kinds of knowledge keep the fresh of people, while only merely people don't feel boring in always learning a same subject. So it is more exalted for those people who can concentration on one subject.
In a words, It is ridiculous to those people who keep their opinion about it's better to learn broad subjects than specialized a special subject. From the above discussion, although "MKLAE" is essential, the specialists are more indispensable, because our future rely on the people who can cope with the problem in high technology, rather than "MKLAE". As the same harsh question make the endless debate come to a halt, can "MKLAE" solve the problem of a quantum mechanics? They can't, so the semiconductor industry crashed; can "MKLAE" give a solution to energy problem such as nuclear and solar? They can’t, so whether we should retrospect the life of ancient people in the coming future. It sounds like a black humor, and maybe it will happen if we still ignorance the cardinal of specialist. |
