about 13hours difference. For example, when we are in the 10:00 pm, they are in the morning 9:00 Am. Is that clear for you? I think I call them during the night after 6:00 PM, it will be OK for them.

Yes, you could send score report to school by yourself and tell them that ETS will send to them later.
