不理解为什么是is to soak，开始看见be to do就直接排除了 后来发现is是与way搭配的 但是to soak仍然不明白为什么这么用

这个是be动词平行问题了。soaking是简单动名词，属于动作性名词，the best way是普通名词，两者能平行，曼哈顿有说过
