你是否同意作为教师应该五年后返回学校去再教育

 

       Teachers in modern society often face the problem that the storage of their current knowledge cannot fulfill the changing need of students. So the education authority raises the issue that whether the teachers should return to school to advance their study. From my perspective, I would definitely agree with such a statement by offering the illustrations as below.

       With the development of modern society, the knowledge of temporary world has renewed in such a surprising frequency that teachers sometimes cannot adapt to the quick pace. Looking around the advancement of the technology, we would be quite clear about the challenge the teachers face. One hundred years ago, there was no definition of computer or even internet. So no impetus for teachers to study computer existed among schools. However, nowadays, the software and programs of computers have renewed in the cycle of two or three years. Everyday, the news that new kind of computer or fashioned instruments emerge always attract our attention. How could teacher teach the old and out-fashioned words to we students who are prepared to step into the quick-changing society. All mentioned above come to the striking conclusion that if not refreshing their storage of knowledge and technical used in teaching, the teachers will be left behind by the modern world.

       The most important point that I would like to emphasize on is that teachers have the obligations to reeducate themselves to refresh the knowledge, which will be passed to students and is very essential for students' future job. I can still remember the most popular teacher in my university. Under the great pressure of modern development, he searches for a bound of information in his area. We students are so exciting to learn about the most advanced resources from his class. What's more, several students get the idea of doing research paper, thus making them permitted by foreign famous university. It is not exaggerating to say that not only our students but also the whole society demand such kind of teacher to make advanced technology more popular and common.

       When all the evidence come to the very point that need for teachers to advance their knowledge is so demanding, we have no hesitation to say that all people will benefit because of the policy.
