请教高手：这个算Tuition Fee Waive吗？

今天收到学校的Work Plan of MBA，据称我的GPA高，所以很多Foundation Classes被Waive了。请问这个算Tuition Fee Waive吗？

partly, i think. It means you can choose not to attend some foundation class. But you'd better ask school. Foundation can means different kinds of courses.

不算. 你必须选其他的课,以修足毕业需要的学分数.
