We can get a pretty good understanding of what happened in Duke recently. What strikes me is that how that professor and judical courts can establish casual link mere from the fact that there is similarity among response. Similarity could entirely arise from conincidence. Or it is entirely possible that the professor only teached on solution to topics in the case. I did not know who they prove guity without reasonable doubt. Any comments on that.
Any senior from MBA in Duke. I suspect that some students discussed stuff in library or in study center, and were recorded or photographed. Otherwise, it is rather difficult to prove. One of my classmates who is Michigan MBA told me before this incidents that about 95% of MBA students cheat a least once during their MBA study, because every professor thought their course is the only course students are now taking. The result is that there is tons of homeworks.
