关于24题，我是这么想的：

low做副词的意思是：1. in or to a low level; 2. near the gound or the bottom of sth, e.g. lay sb low, fly low.

rise表示上升的动作，只可能比原来高，要么高很多，要么高的不多，不能说上升到一个low level 所以两者不能共用；就好像不能说 sth sink high 一样
