Q3: a merger agreement is signed that 修饰对象不对。

Q33:我觉得D错主要是“The many spare teeth lying in seemingly limitless reserve in the shark’s jaws”这段话在整个句子中的成分有问题

what is the answer of q3?  I thought it's A

33, D is not a complete sentence, the answer is E, right?
