答案是B，白勇说which定语从句修饰effects，我觉得茫然，怎么会是effects cost 。。。。。,觉得很怪。我觉得可以是C作为主句的伴随状语，修饰主句的谓语动词，请问各位牛牛可以吗？

我的感觉是，C如果是伴随状语的话，修饰的就是significantly ...那个从句了吧。没有specifically去定位谓语动词修饰。而且，B选项的which定语从句因为用了cost，所以清楚的修饰了effects而不是就近的abuse。

不知道说得对不对，请指教

我是不明白到底说的是什么意思，感觉从意思上来理解好像，effects 无法cost什么的？

这里的effect不是指那种让人飘飘欲仙的effects，还是指毒品对社会的不良效应，而这些不良的社会影响让经济损失惨重。
