A错了，问题不是在so as to 而是they是developed的逻辑主语显然是不通的

因为这种用法通常比较啰嗦，没语病但是不是最佳

它这里有几个比较容易混淆

1.so...that 太。。。以至于。。。

2.not so...as ...比较级 用于否定句

3.so as to =in order to 目的是 so as to 只能连在一起用

不知道说得对么
