我希望大家不要猜忌哪些中国学生卷入这个事件，更没有必要来公布任何非常personal的信息到这个论坛来。这和我们从此事件中吸取经验教训无关。

我也看到了其他网站上的一些名单，心理为他们感到很难过。可以想象他们现在面对的压力。大家对这样的事情只能是引以为戒。希望任何被卷入其中的学生，（中国人，美国人，印度人，whatever country),都吸取教训。但人生路还要走下去，如果协商后，学校不能妥协，那希望那些学生都能渡过这个困难时期，继续往前走。我相信调整好以后，还是有其他出路的。

It's meaningless for us to know the names. Those names are just names, conveying no information to us. However, prospective employers might have the rights to know the names when they conduct campus recruiting.

First, we may first look into the procedure to see if there is any procedural violation. To my personal experience, many Americans are very bureaucratic and hypocritical. And I strongly suspect that whole the investigation and decision making process are impeccable.

Second, we move to examine the substantive regulations to see if they are fair and neutral, not only according to Americans, but to Chinese as well. If they are not, then it is probably the time to make a change.

If both the procedure and the regulations are free of any challenge, here is the bottom line: we might recommend, although not always succeed, the committee to reconsider the equitable consequence of such as harsh punishment. This tragedy also strongly indicates Fuqua inadequate ethic and disciplinary education and negligent supervision. Isn’t it time for all committee and the whole business school to sit down and ponder their own faults and what should have been done yet has never be done, rather than to ferociously search for some scapegoats?

100% agree..  many Americans are very bureaucratic and hypocritical.....

couple days ago, one admission director in one Magic 7 school was found using fake education background... then she said sorry!!  you know why??

因为她隐瞒不了， 否则她会继续装君子。

不要认为老美是好饼一个. 都是利益关系。。 此次duke 为何要严惩事件涉及人员。 不是因为Duke is the honorest 。 而是因为其中一定还有其他原因了。duck could not hold this case any more, otherwise, duke will keep secret just like others school。

希望大家擦亮眼睛。。

Duke 有点太夸张了, 此事可大可小. 不知是出于什么考虑, 可能DUKE领导们脑子进水了. 我在念Ph.D.的时候, 考药理是take home exam. 老师怀疑有同学讨论(全班就我一个老中), 处理的方法是: 全部重考还是in-class, 包括我们这些没有讨论的同学. 现在回想起来也不是多大个事儿. Duke这样一来会对同学们一生造成多大的伤害. 希望能看到Duke能更reasonable一些.学校应该给同学们机会改正自己.

The impact of Eron, Worldcom, and many Chinese companies who cheated on their financial report, are much bigger than someone just copied a paper from the other. If you cannot trust your CEO will you work for him? If you don't trust the exeutives of a company will you invest on it?

In China, you don't know whether the food you are eating are good or not, you don't know whether the court are making the right judgement. Is this kind of society you turely want, and being proud of? Guys, come on, let's face the reality. There're something wrong, and WE NEED TO CHANGE IT.

I really feel uncomfortable of many people's atitude here. "it's no big deal", "just bad luck" etc. It is this kind of atitude that leads that thing happened. If so many people still hold this kind of atitude, I think there would soon be another scandle happen, whether it's in B-school or other schools.
