我觉得答案的确是C，但是C里面有一个地方让我觉得有问题，分号后面的she has lived in England and Canada, and first came to the United States in 1961...在语法上有什么问题吗？and连接的并列部分she has lived和first came to the US不是应该体现出一种先后顺序吗？如果是这样，has lived发生在first came to the US in 1961在逻辑上是不是会有问题呢？

分号后面句子的前半句是指BM一直到现在居住在E和C,后半句是指她第一次去US是在1961

二动作不发生在同一时期,一个是从过去到现在延续的动作,一个是某时间点的动作
