请问下楼主,我看到有些学校,比如Columbia,CMU,都有MBA/MFE的dual degree,可以介绍下吗? 这个出来就是拿2个证了? 这里拿的MBA感觉上是不是没有传统的经典全日制MBA要来的正宗和认可度高啊? 读MBA/MFE的dual degree人多吗?

It's a good choice if u can afford the tuition. MBA taught u corporate finance and MFE taught u quantitative finance.

This kind of dual degree is highly respected in wall-street and u can easily get a position in first market, i mean IBD, M&A, etc. Or u can get a trader position.

MFEs focus on secondary market, credit, derivatives, etc. And u won't need be a quant!

恩，这次小学同学聚会，当年我们班的一个牛MM，北京大学数学专业是今年被普林斯顿这个金融工程录取的，我还和她坐在一起玩杀人游戏。。。呵呵，不过我也拿好了签证去读金融硕士，多多向她学习，呵呵

说他喜欢理工科的学生，主要是因为理工科的学生数学、计算机基础比较好。生物和化学都差一些，因为这两个学科的数学和计算机学得都不是太深

芝加哥大学是要求sub的，其他不要求，不过如果考并且分数很好看，会有一些帮助
