McKinsey 的pay

问问在咨询行业的CDers，咨询，like McKinsey 是给global pay么？有associate 在BJ/SH 的给local pay的规定么？就是说在中国的员工很US 的差异不是很大？当然有些地区的pay的差异是可以理解的。

Yes, I heard that McKinsey is having global pay policy. For associate level, it's around $150K USD a year.

NOT IN China. Global pay in China may mean USD90-100K base, or we should say it's between global pay and local pay.

I heard the salary of a friend in McKinsey China is around $130K USD.

This figure includes signon bonus and/or year-end bonus. Base salary is 100-110k.
