I mean...typically for one-year program...you gotta start hunting for job when you got there...so you can call the school to check out what resources they will provide and how they plan to assist students with job interviews...(intern just stands for job issue?)

Checked with program director of wustl before. The career service will start ealier (around Aug) and the course burden will be reduced this year. According to the feedbacks given by my friend studying there, wustl's career service is good. Career center people are nice, patient and always ready to help.

This year, there should be around 1/3 Chinese students or a little bit more in MSF program. Compared to many other schools, this ratio is totally acceptable. No internship for this program, but we will get one-year OPT after graduation to look for a job.

As most of the applicants got the AD after a 30 minutes interview, so I assume that the quality of the program students can be ensured. Even among Chinese students, the background are quite diversified, some of them have study experience in Canada, US, Hong Kong or Europe (as far as I know). Diversity is always a good thing to a program as we have more to learn and share.

这位小妹妹你听谁说的不是很POSITIVE啊？今年的MSF中国男生就两个，你不会是说的我吧？我一直都很POSITIVE的啊。找工作在哪里都很难啊，特别是INTERNATIONAL STUDENT。 今年的H1B又很快就用完了，国际学生找工作很困难。公司不愿意要INT‘L STU，不是因为学校的问题吧。你去看看其他的学校，都有这个问题啦。

我以前在BLOG上说过，找工作还是看自己。所以我也懒得再说了。选择去BC也好，VANDY也好，美国的好学校挺多的，最后还是都到自己身上嘛。哪个学校都一样，没什么区别。不要再评论哪个学校好坏了，自己决定了就多努力吧。我们今年是比较困难，但是到目前很多中国同学也已经找到了工作。有去香港IBANK的，也有去世界500强做TRADER的，只要自己行，还是能找到工作的。本来我是不喜欢谈自己的，不过为了捍卫MSF的名誉，也可以在这里说说。 我今年就面试了10几家IBANK，最后选定了WALLSTREET上一家TOP TIER的IBANK的headquarter做IBD，过两天就要开始上班了。GOLDMAN， CITI， JP MORGAN什么的都面试了N轮了，OFFER也一大堆。所以你们最后不要老在那里说WUSTL找不到工作，WUSTL很好好不好，综合排10名又不是闹着玩的。MBA稍微弱点，MSF还没有排名嘛。等我们干好了RANKING就上去了嘛。

Grandeecole，恭喜了。什么时候过来啊。你要是来得早我可以把我的MICROWAVE，VACCUM，BIKE什么的送给你们。全新的。我最近急着去NY了，就想看看有没有MSF的过来了，不然就卖给别人了。卖给别人不如送给自己人嘛。算是师兄留给你们点东西吧。

好了好了，不说了，以后没时间上来CD了，每周要工作80小时，现在忙着收拾搬家呢。以后有人问什么关于MSF的事情，麻烦其他朋友帮我转贴一下我今天写的话啦。最后祝大家一切顺利，早日实现自己梦想。 WUSTL的MSF们，加油加油。 ^_^
