growing做伴随状语，主语是主句的species ，不是whale

growing做伴随状语，主语是主句的species ，不是whale

同意~记得有老师讲过 doing形式在句末做状语修饰的对象要么就是主句的主语，要么就是整个主句了
排除B、C的理由除了doing这个知识点还有：
B的as big as 和30 feet long明显是不搭配的，
而C中up to 姑且不论，being在这里多余了，所以都排除掉~

另外，丽丽讲过情态动词最大，就是说A项中有CAN，正确答案中最好也能保留CAN情态动词，且growing存在修饰歧义，不能确定它到底是修饰whale还是species，哈哈，说得不好，见笑了~
