the program director called my cellphone on Friday, 13th but i missed it. worse still, i didn't check the voicemail. today i got an email from him that told me i was admitted and the deadline was approaching, so i need to contact him as soon as possible.
i gave up hope once they placed me on the waitlist last month. it's phd in finance, and it's kellogg anyway. but you never know. i m more anxious than excited at the news. after all, it's just the beginning of a long quest.
i wish everyone luck. dream big and reach for your stars. it will come upon you one day.
