答案是C。但是作这类修饰结构的改错时，总觉得没有明显错误特征，所以无从下手。请教大家如何解答这类题目。

coordinating产生歧义，-ing分词在这里既可以做illustrations的定语，也可以做BP的状语，虽然后者从逻辑上成立，但是不能排除前者的可能性。

(B) In her book illustrations, carefully coordinating them with her narratives, Beatrix Potter

同理，coordinating可以做illustrations的定语，也可以做状语，形式主语跟BP.

(C) In her book illustrations, which she carefully coordinated with her narratives, Beatrix Potter

很漂亮的一句话，介词状语＋which限定先行词illustrations做定语，主句主语。

我要在这里问一个问题，关于OG11对于E选项的解释，'them' can't refer to book illustrations because the plural noun is the object of the preposition 'in'; the relationships amoung the parts of the sentence are unclear.为什么them不能指代作为in宾语的book illustrations呢？

我觉得E不好的原因是把coordinated这个原来是在从句中的谓语变成了主句的谓语

谈谈个人看法，我觉得从逻辑上来理解，如果前面是in her book illustrations，后面的这个them读起来感觉是指book illustrations里面的某些东西（不知道是什么东西),所以og觉得指代有问题。

期待进一步讨论！

我觉得，E不行，一是主语要紧跟谓语，二是them 的指代作用没有which清楚，in 的这句短语比较自由，完全可以拿到句子末尾，如果这样，them 的指代就更不清楚了。
