个人感觉: 的确没有必要在"指代问题"上过于执著, 找其它更重要的错误,比如:主谓一致,平行,修饰及逻辑意思合理等.

同意！GWD和Prep题都好像更强调对句子的整体把握和通过选项之间的比较挑出正确答案——可能是错中选对，也可能是对中选优，而非拘泥于单个的小语法点，OG的解释确实有些obselete了。
