it depends on a range of factors: skill, position, seniority, etc.
Lloyd Blankfein, the presiding CEO of Goldman, received a bonus of $87 million last year. He graduated from HLS in 1978, and joined GS 1981 as a gold bar and coin salesman.
if you get into top 14 and graduate with a decent GPA (no need to be top), you should not have any problem finding an IB job. There are not that much competition and IB comes to top 14 law school for recruit every year.
if you are outside of top20, your chance may not be that good.
Most people in top law school will not go. Not sure why you want to go.
