其实在室外遛狗的时候可以听MP3，在室内活动的时候也可以听喇叭。具体材料建议听那些已经听过的，熟悉的听力材料，作为泛听。

没有听过的听力材料则在做题时全神贯注地去精听几遍。

另外，睡前听些听力材料可以，但不要听着入眠，那样的话托福听力材料会被附加上“催眠”的作用。

多谢提醒哦！不过一直以来的轻度失眠在这几天没有光顾哦！托福复习材料，不光是听力材料的副作用（催眠）实在厉害哦！：）

I happened to think maybe we should write here also in English, it is also a practice, right?

Ok, we start right here! Last night, I rushed to the school as the day before and the teacher was also late as usal. Anyway, we could still learn something from the training. For exemple, what it points of test in listening and how to find key words inside the long material.Some tips here: reasons, suggestions and the subjunctive mood will be often tested both in listening and reading；meanwhile, the words such like "also, although, vary" etc. also reminds us the structure or the highlighted parts of a conversation or lecture.

Sorry, I have to go out for a while and will come back soon.

It is time to go home but most of my colleagues are still working, what is your feeling to this company on hearing that? Yeah, it is a private one, but if you think that is the origin for most staff's overtime working at weekend, I am afraid  some explainations are necessary to avoid misunderstanding.

Our company provides chemicals and its related logistics services to more than 100 clients, which make the daily planning complicated and pressing. First, our sales department should collect all the requirments from clients and address normally before 14:00 pm purchase department who is in charge of designing the consignment spots, wheather our own warehouse or the plant of our supplier.Then the logistics control center will arrange proper vehicles to accomplish all the assignments, either by our own trucks or subcontract to Third Logistics companies. Thus, the next day, more than 30 deliveries will be executed accordingly by various trucks. In fact, if no change from our clients until 5 or 6:00pm, our work could finsh no later than 6:30, but normally, our vendee (?)always have so good reason to change their mind which brings us totally or partly adjust the chessboard. In addition, three days plan must be defined on Friday afternoon that is the major reason for our overtime work.

In fact, I am really moved by most of my colleagues who have the strong sense of responsibility and acitve attitude on facing difficulties or problems. These come from their love to the company and between themselves. It should be the most important resources of this community. However, there is no doubt that we still have so much to improve such as the efficiency of each  staff, the integration of information, etc.

Therefore, both our group and each member still have a long way to go and I believe there would be never an end for progressing even some obstacles always exist.

(BTW, I am so happy to see my colleagues except my boss have all gone back home now and have a nice weekend!)

Thanks so much for your understanding, my dear friend!

It is normal for everyone to feel guilty when we havn't done as much as we imagine as preparation to such an important test! You know, today, I even can not touch anything related with IBT except to be here with friends on the same direction.

Take it easy and you will get it!
