请问美国phd课程要转学容易吗?

请教各位大侠：

我手上现在有一间学校的offer(有奖+TA)，可是不是我心目中的dream school，估计被dream school据的原因是AT不够高，我因为职业上的需要今年是势必一定要去念，请问美国phd课程要转学容易吗?还是说一样要照普通申请程序来呢?AT需要吗?

How low is your GMAT score? If it is too low (<650), you may want to retake it.
It is possible to transfer when you are in the US and I think the key  factor is whether you can get recommendation letters from those professors. The transfer is not the transfer like undergraduate, but rather a re-application.

I want to say something about GMAT. As I said before, GMAT is the facet of an applicant. This is particularly important for Chinese/other foreign students. If you don't have any experience in the US, how can the professors trust your ability? GMAT is not everything, but a good indicator of how good you are in academic performance. Usually for chinese students who want to apply for PhD, >700 is recommendated.

I suggest you to re-take GMAT and accept the offer at this moment. Next year, you can apply other univerisites after getting a better GMAT.

这边PhD转学可不是那么容易的，毕竟每个PhD项目的名额都是很有限的

转学就是重新申请。 我觉得你的gmat太低了，还是重考的好，否则转学也是个障碍。
